Our organic extra virgin olive oil comes from Biancolilla olives grown in Caltabellotta, in the province of Agrigento.

Caltabellotta’s olive oil has long been prized for its distinctive aromas and flavour, shaped by the olive variety, the location of the groves and the climate. The locally grown variety is known as Biancolilla di Caltabellotta.
